The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking with a deposit to our bank as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY TO THE GUEST HOUSE
No fee charged if cancelled 14 days before arrival date.
If cancelled later, you will be charged with the 50% of the total reservation cost.
In case of Non Show you will be charged with the total reservation cost.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE GUEST HOUSE
We can add a baby cot for a chil up to two years old, upon request for FREE.
There is NO availability of additional beds to the Apartment.
You have to be over 18 years old to check-in.
During ckeck-in visitors must show their id card or passport.
Parties/events are not allowed at the Apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests need be quiet between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
